Squash

Waverley has two excellent, immaculate, traditional squash courts, of as high a standard as any in the country :

Proper "Armourcoat" plaster on the walls, brand new sprung wooden floor (installed in July 2011). They're kept warm by the popular "Ambirad" heating system and nice and bright by top-grade fluorescent lighting. And there's a classic viewing gallery upstairs – with a nice wooden balcony to thump your hand on for loud applause and a great atmosphere ! 

Catering for all ages, genders and standards of play, we have Mini-Leagues, Ladders, East of Scotland League teams, annual Club Championships and coaching.

The courts are also used for Racketball – ideal as an introduction to squash, or as a squash-substitute for those with previously reliable but now annoyingly uncooperative knees. Not that you'd know about that ….
